I would not recommend doing this; Internet connection sharing turns the host computer into a router. The wireless link between the vista and the access point will become a bottleneck. However, since it is your desire to do it, the instructions to setup internet connection sharing in vista and xp hosts are provided by the weblinks listed below. I think that windows XP and Vista will only allow sharing through a wired internet connection on the host computer. If this is true, another way to accomplish what you want will require a network bridge and an ethernet crossover cable connecting the vista computer (C1) with the wired com (C2).
